The Real Me Conference Update

We wanted to give you an update and let you know that we are postponing the conference for 2011. We have discussed holding the conference at another time of the year and we feel this is the year to give it a try.

We do not have a date for 2012, but please keep checking back for updates.

Remember God sees and knows the real you and He is crazy about you!

How Do I Get A Ticket Now?

Are you in a panic now because you haven't got your ticket to the conference?

Well, even though we are no longer selling tickets online, you can still purchase your ticket at the door on Friday night. You can also stop by the office at Unity Baptist Church and purchase your ticket. The office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Ticket Deadline

This Friday, September 10th is the deadline to order tickets online.

If you are getting a group together to come, (which we hope you are) please email us and let us know. We are trying to final our plans for the conference.

Why should I come to The Real Me Conference?

You have probably asked yourself this question at least once. We know you are busy. We know that giving up a Friday night and a Saturday morning is asking a lot. We know there are a lot of things begging for your attention.

So why should you come to The Real Me Conference?

We could give you 101 reasons starting with "it will be fun" and ending with all the things that will be taking place that weekend. But all those things probably wouldn't convince you. So let us ask you a few questions...

You see this weekend is all about finding out who we are in Christ. Whether you feel like it or whether you want to admit it, God's fingerprints are all over you. He knit you together and fashioned you in His own image. And He also left a void in you that can only be filled by Himself. You can try to fill it with friends, boyfriends, husband, career, fun, clothes, food, drugs and the list goes on and on. But the truth is that none of these things even come close.

He longs for you and He wants you to long for Him!

So you should come to the conference and allow God to tell you who you really are. Allow Him to provide you lasting fullfillment, something the world can only counterfeit. Oh, and it will be loads of fun!

God Is Up To Something Good!

Thank you to all of you that showed your support for the conference by "Eatin Mor Chikin" last night at the Chick-fil-A Dwarf House. We had such a great time getting to meet you and tell you all about the conference.

Our planning team has a new saying, God Is Up To Something Good! We can hardly wait for the conference to get here because we know and see God working through all the planning and preparations. Let me assure you that not one detail gets by Him and we are so thankful that He reveals Himself to us in this way.
