Women

Laurie Wilson has a heart for God and for seeing women's lives transformed by having a personal relationship with Him.  Last year, God gave Laurie a vision for The Real Me Conference.  She tells of washing dishes in the wee hours of the morning and the Lord speaking to her heart about the need for women of all ages to know who they are in Him.  It was from that encounter with the Lord that The Real Me Conference was born. 

Laurie served as the Women's Ministry leader at Unity Baptist Church for nearly 10 years before resigning from that role this past December.  She resigned feeling that the Lord was leading her to write a Bible study.  If you ask Laurie, she will tell you that this has been a tough year for her as the Lord has stilled her causing her to examine many areas of her life.  

She is excited to share a message of Victory with the women at the conference this year.  It is a message that the Lord is literally working out in her life.
