We are excited to invite girls ages 8 - 11 to The Real Me Conference this year. We want these girls to know how special they are to God and how He dearly loves them for who they are.
This group will be led by Shannon Bragg. As a published Author, Counselor, Teacher, Mother, Youth Ministers wife, and Motivational Speaker for 13 years, Shannon Bragg is the perfect person to teach our young ladies Godly Character. She has been a Newnan resident for the last 7 years and has started a ministry in our area called Princesses In Training, in which she teaches girls how to think and act like a Daughter of the King.
Topics of discussion include modesty, purity and character. All topics will be discussed in an age appropriate manner. In regards to purity, Shannon speaks to the girls and challenges them with the thought of "how pure can you be". Within the topic of Purity, Shannon will discuss the first kiss, music, books, television and magazines.
(Sex will not be discussed due
to the age of the participants.)
