Why should I come to The Real Me Conference?

You have probably asked yourself this question at least once. We know you are busy. We know that giving up a Friday night and a Saturday morning is asking a lot. We know there are a lot of things begging for your attention.

So why should you come to The Real Me Conference?

We could give you 101 reasons starting with "it will be fun" and ending with all the things that will be taking place that weekend. But all those things probably wouldn't convince you. So let us ask you a few questions...

Are you fulfilled?

Are you happy with the person that is staring back at you in the mirror?

You see this weekend is all about finding out who we are in Christ. Whether you feel like it or whether you want to admit it, God's fingerprints are all over you. He knit you together and fashioned you in His own image. And He also left a void in you that can only be filled by Himself. You can try to fill it with friends, boyfriends, husband, career, fun, clothes, food, drugs and the list goes on and on. But the truth is that none of these things even come close.

He longs for you and He wants you to long for Him!

So you should come to the conference and allow God to tell you who you really are. Allow Him to provide you lasting fullfillment, something the world can only counterfeit. Oh, and it will be loads of fun!

God Is Up To Something Good!

Thank you to all of you that showed your support for the conference by "Eatin Mor Chikin" last night at the Chick-fil-A Dwarf House. We had such a great time getting to meet you and tell you all about the conference.

Our planning team has a new saying, God Is Up To Something Good! We can hardly wait for the conference to get here because we know and see God working through all the planning and preparations. Let me assure you that not one detail gets by Him and we are so thankful that He reveals Himself to us in this way.

How 'Bout You?

Come show your spirit for The Real Me Conference by eating dinner at the Chick-fil-A Dwarf House in Newnan next Thursday, August 12th. A portion of the sales between the hours of 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm will be given to the conference.

Last year, this was a great tool for getting the word out about the conference to the community. We met lots of new people and even ended up on the radio in the Lagrange area as a result.
