The Real Me Conference is an exciting time for ladies of all ages. While worship and fellowship are a huge part of this conference, the main vision of this conference is about discovering our identity in Christ. It sets out to dispel the lies of Satan, and share the truths of God’s Word about who we are in His eyes. So often, women and girls are deceived by media, society, peers, enemies, and family into forgetting who they are in Christ and the victory that comes from Him. That’s what this weekend is about.
A corporate worship service is held Friday evening, while more age appropriate groups split up on Saturday for a message. Various styles of worship are implemented, including a worship leader, drama, video, testimonies, and speakers. We are excited to have a great line-up of women to lead this event.
Friday evening will kick off with everyone together. Ashley Hicks, founder of PINC Ministries, will lead us with a fashion show and message.
Saturday will begin with everyone meeting together for a time of worship. Following morning worship, we will split into our age appropriate groups. Before the conference concludes at 1:00, we will all gather back together for closing remarks.
The Real Me is so important for all women to experience. We must be proactive if we are going to make a difference in our own generation and the generations of girls to follow behind us. And you can make a difference, despite what the enemy tells you. Come and hear what God has to say to you about who you are and start being that GIRL for Him!
